How do I start remote assistance?

Tap “UNI-Cloud’ under Settings in the UNI-Connect menu. Here you are able to see if you are connected with the UNI-Cloud. When you are connected, a green check will be presented as well as a green button to start remote assistance. With remote assistance, it’s possible to give you the support you need. Straight from our headquarters to your device.

With an active UNI-Cloud & Support subscription, you can be on the phone with the UNI-Support team while you are out in the field. With remote support, it is possible for us to give you a faster service into solving your problem. We will get you back on track and make sure you can continue working!
