UNI-Connect says it does not see a SIM card, but I have inserted a SIM card, what do I do?
First, check if you have inserted the sim correctly and on the correct side, according to the image below. The chip side needs to be facing backwards and the “cut” of the SIM-card on the right bottom side.
If you inserted the sim while the UNI-GR1 was turned on, power the UNI-GR1 off and on again. When you see “NO APN” in UNI-Connect, follow the steps in this article.
