What can I do if there is no 3G or 4G internet?

The UNI needs to be connected with a 3G/4G network if you want to use the receiver with RTK corrections in the field. The toolbar in the UNI-Connect indicates if you are connected or not, just like the picture below. Do you see “NL KPN” and “3G” or the name of your own provider in the toolbar?

If you don’t see this indication, you have to check your Mobile Data settings for the proper APN settings to make an internet connection. If you have set everything, but it still doesn’t work properly, try rebooting the UNI.
