My position is not refreshing anymore in UNI-Connect, what should I do?
Refresh the page
First refresh the page within your browser.
In case this does not resolve the issue, please check your Wi-Fi settings on the device you are using UNI-Connect with to see if you are still connected to the UNI-GR1. If you are not connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot of the UNI-GR1, UNI-Connect will not work.
In case you are connected and refreshing does not work, it might be a caching issue or you have too many UNI-Connect tabs open on too many devices.
- Clear the cache of your browser (click here to see how to do that in Chrome).
- Close all tabs and restart the browser.
- Make sure not too many devices are using UNI-Connect, to see which devices are connected, click here.
